Researching how technologies mediate the meanings of biological and environmental processes

My practice spans HCI, more-than-human theory, and research-creation methodology — treating biological material, signal, and language as entangled media rather than separate disciplines.

01
Embodied environmental relations
Examining how bodies and environments become materially entangled through water, vibration, sound, physiological rhythms, and touch.
02
More-than-human signals and meaning
Investigating how biological and environmental processes become perceptible, legible, and meaningful through technological mediation, and how meaning emerges between material signals, computational translation, and human interpretation.
03
Technologies of sensing, measurement and computation
Exploring how sensors, scientific instruments, and computational models translate living and environmental processes into perceptible and measurable forms, while participating in the construction of knowledge about bodies and nature.
